From the dedication that took Robert Stanescu to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to his success as one of Canada’s most respected coaches comes the vision behind Alpha Gymnastics. Ages 1 -3.5 y/o
Jump, balance, and explore in a fun co-ed class for little ones and their buddies.
- Ages 18 months – 3.5 years (co-ed).
- Requires one active buddy (parent or caregiver).
- Develops strength, coordination, balance, and agility.
- Encourages bonding and fun interaction between child and buddy.
Pre-School
Ages 3.5 – 5 y/o
An exciting first step of independence, where young gymnasts learn skills and confidence.
- Ages 3.5 – 5 years
- Builds fitness and basic gymnastics skills (vault, bars, beam, floor).
- Encourages turn-taking, manners, and early social skills.
- Develops body awareness, coordination, and cooperative learning.
Recreational
Ages 5+ years
We bring a unique blend of coaching experience and fun lessons to every class, helping every child reach their full potential.
- Organized by age and ability (5-6, 7-9, 10-12 years old)
- Progressively master every skill
- Best for your young athlete.
Boys Only
Ages 5+ years
Our classes cover basic skills to advanced techniques. Boys build strength, coordination, and agility under the guidance of our coaches.
- Organized by age and ability (5-6, 7-9, 10-12 years old)
- Structured towards men’s gymnastics.
- Guided skill progressions and specific drills.
- Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar
Advanced Girls Only
Ages 5+ years
The class is designed to work the same skills and drills as the competitive level, but without the number of hours and the competitions a competitive gymnast experiences.
